Entry into this draw is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1) Who is running this prize draw?

This free prize draw is being organized by Ipsos Interactive Services Limited, Registered Number 3903040, whose registered office is situated at 3 Thomas More Square, London, E1W 1YW, United Kingdom.

By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2) Who is eligible to enter this prize draw?

The prize draw is only open to active Panel members aged 16 or over residing in France, La Reunion, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Hungary, Norway, Poland, Romania, and Switzerland who can participate in the research study this prize draw is linked with.

The closing date for entries is 31/08/2021.

The prize draw is not open to Ipsos Interactive Services Ltd employees., its subsidiaries, affiliates and suppliers or their immediate family.

3) What is the closing date?

Entries will be accepted during the research survey fieldwork period.

The Click Draw starts on 01/05/2021 at 00:01 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and closes on 31/08/2021 at 12:00 p.m. GMT.

4) How do I enter?

No purchase or payment is required. All active Panel members who click on a survey link during the Draw Contest period will be automatically given one (1) entry into this prize draw.

5) How many entries can I have?

Active Panelists can receive unlimited entries throughout the Draw Contest period. The more surveys you click on the more chances you get to win. Automated entries, bulk entries or third-party entries will be disqualified!

6) What is the prize?

10 prizes will be awarded.

Each winner will be awarded one (1) prize in the form of a 10,000 Points, assigned in a random draw. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries.

There will be no cash alternative to prizes.

No transfer or assignment of prizes will be permitted except by Ipsos Interactive Services Ltd.

Ipsos Interactive Services Ltd. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

7) How will the winner be selected?

Winners will be determined by a random draw from all eligible entries which will be witnessed by an observer independent of the research team conducting the draw.

This draw will be conducted within 10 working days of the closing date stated above.

8) How will the winner be notified?

Winners will be notified within 14 working days of the date of the draw. The notification will be sent to the email address supplied by the participant, or by telephone using the telephone number supplied by the participant, as appropriate.

Depending on the type of the awarded prize, prizes will be sent either by e-mail or by registered post to the e-mail address or to the postal address held on record for the winning panelist within 15 working days of the prize winner being notified.

For prizes that need to be sent by registered, in case Ipsos Interactive Services Ltd. does not hold any postal address on record for the winning panelist, then the winning panelist must reply to the notification within 10 working days from the notification email date, in order to confirm the postal address to which the prize can be sent. If no response is obtained within 10 working days from the notification email date, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random draw from the remaining eligible entries. Again, the prize draw winner(s) must reply to the notification within 10 working days from the notification email date to claim the prize. There will be 3 alternate drawing(s) after which the prize(s) will remain unawarded. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded.

9) Who is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details used to contact winners?

Each survey participant is responsible for ensuring that the contact details they provide when completing the survey are correct. Ipsos Interactive Services Ltd. is not responsible for any inaccuracy in the contact details supplied by the participant that may result in the inability of Ipsos Interactive Services Ltd. to contact that participant.

10) Use of your personal information for this prize draw:

Ipsos Interactive Services Ltd. will use your email address, telephone number, name, or any other contact details you provide for the draw, for the sole purpose of contacting you should win the prize draw. Personal data used for the purpose of the prize draw will not be given to any third party.

The panelist ID, name and town in which the winners reside will also be published on the Ipsos iSay website. By participating to this prize draw and/or accepting the prize, the winner authorizes Ipsos Interactive Services Ltd. to use his/her last name, first name, town as part of any promotional event associated with the competition, in return for no consideration other than the prize attributed. Names and geographical location will also be used in notifications of winning entries sent to participants who request details of the prize winner.

11) Liability

Ipsos Interactive Services Ltd. is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, mis-delivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, messages or post; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; online failures; hardware software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the prize draw in any manner.

Ipsos Interactive Services Ltd. is not responsible for any inaccuracy in the contact details supplied by the participant that may result in the inability of Ipsos Interactive Services Ltd. to contact that participant. Ipsos Interactive Services Ltd. is also not responsible for any damage to the entrant's computer occasioned by participation in the research survey, the prize draw or downloading of any information necessary to participate in the survey or prize draw.

12) What laws apply to this free prize draw?

These rules will be governed by English law and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
