You'll receive a link to access and activate your reward - click the "Access my reward" button in the email you receive after redeeming your points. Next, click the "Activate my Payout" button, then enter and review your PayPal account email address, and click "Confirm."
Important: Please ensure that your PayPal email is the same as your Ipsos iSay email before you redeem this reward. We automatically send your reward to the email address you have registered with Ipsos iSay. Unfortunately, once the reward has been redeemed, we can't make any changes.
If your PayPal email is different from your Ipsos iSay email, please consider adding your Ipsos iSay email address to your PayPal account. PayPal lets users have multiple email addresses linked to a single account. You can easily add it in your PayPal account settings – just check out PayPal's FAQs for step-by-step instructions.
