WHO CAN ENTER: This Contest/Sweepstakes is open to all Ipsos iSay members who are legal residents of the of Canada on June 15, 2026, at 00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”). CONTEST/SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Contest/Sweepstakes starts on June 15, 2026, at 00:01 AM EST and closes on July 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
HOW TO ENTER: The campaign is open to all active Ipsos iSay members from the participating country, provided that, collectively, they complete at least 70,000 surveys.
To receive one (1) entry into the draw, active Ipsos iSay panel members from the participating country must complete at least one (1) survey during the campaign period described above.
In addition, the first one hundred (100) active Ipsos iSay panel members from the participating country who complete the greatest number of surveys during the campaign period will each receive ten (10) additional entries into the draw.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Redeeming points for the Ipsos Foundation during the campaign period is not necessary to enter and will not increase your chances of winning. RANDOM DRAW: Eleven (11) entries will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received within the Contest/Sweepstakes period mentioned above. The Draw will be conducted within ten (10) working days from the Contest/Sweepstakes close date of July 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST. In order to be declared a winner, selected entrants must first correctly answer an unaided time limited mathematical skill-testing question, to be administered by e-mail or mail, and his/her entry must have been verified by Ipsos and Sponsor. Ipsos and Sponsor reserve the right to require proof of age and jurisdiction of residence prior to awarding any prize. If a minor is selected, the parent or legal guardian of the selected entrant must sign an affidavit, in order for their child to be declared the winner. The prize will be issued in the parent or legal guardian’s name.
PRIZE: One (1) prize will be awarded to each winner in the form of a $500.00 CAD worth of Ipsos iSay points. The draw will be conducted as mentioned in the “RANDOM DRAW” paragraph above. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No substitutions of prizes are permitted except by Ipsos and Sponsor. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Selected winners will be notified by email, mail or phone within 48 hours of the draw. Selected winners will be required to acknowledge by phone, via email or in writing his or her receipt of notification of eligibility for prize and correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill-testing question. If no response is received by Ipsos within ten business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner in a random draw selected by computer from the remaining eligible entries.
GENERAL: Neither Ipsos nor Sponsor are responsible for any costs associated with claiming any prize. Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes, if any, that may result in claiming a prize in this Contest/Sweepstakes.
Entries in any way tampered with, forged, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, photocopied or mechanically reproduced, or submitted by or through fraudulent means, may be disqualified, in the sole discretion of Ipsos and Sponsor. This includes any entry that does not comply with these Contest/Sweepstakes Rules in any respect.
Decisions of Ipsos and Sponsor are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment in respect to this Contest/Sweepstakes. By participating in this Contest/Sweepstakes, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of (a) your personal information submitted upon entry into the Contest/Sweepstakes, (b) your name, city and province of residence, and other biographical information, like age, (“Biographical Information”), and (c) your images, including any photograph, portrait, picture, video footage, other likeness, or sound recording of you (the “Images”) (collectively, “Personal Information”) by Ipsos and Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Contest/Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, and the advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in connection with the Contest/Sweepstakes (the “Purposes”).
The winners agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules.
You acknowledge that (i) your Personal Information may be transferred to service providers who may use, store, or otherwise process such Personal Information on behalf of Ipsos outside of Canada in order to fulfill the Purposes, and where such information is outside of Canada, such information may be accessed by the regulatory authorities of that jurisdiction in accordance with the laws of such foreign jurisdiction; (ii) your Personal Information will be held primarily in an electronic database as long as is necessary to achieve the Purposes and to the extent permitted or required by law; (iii) you have certain rights to access and rectify the information contained in the file held about you and you can withdraw your consent at anytime; and (iv) if you require more information, you can contact the Ipsos Privacy Officer at [email protected].
You grant, where permitted by law, Ipsos, Sponsor and their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, successors, licensees, assigns, representatives, agents, and partners, the right and permission, and a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, unrestricted, royalty-free license, to hold, produce, reproduce, print, publish, distribute, broadcast, transmit, otherwise make available, use, re-use, modify, and alter worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including without limitation online media, at any time, your Images for the Purposes, in each case without further compensation, notice or further consent; and without limitation waive any right to inspect or approve the Images or the eventual use to which the Images might be applied in connection with the Purposes.
You waive any rights that may exist, including without limitation the right to sue, and fully and forever discharge and release and hold harmless Ipsos and Sponsor, together with their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives, successors, licensees, assigns, partners, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, legal advisors and all of their respective employees, personnel, partners, directors and officers (collectively, the “Releasees”), from and against any actions, causes of actions, suits, proceedings, debts, dues, accounts, bonds, covenants, contracts, claims and demands whatsoever (collectively, the “Claims”) you or your estate may have now or hereafter in any way relating to or arising in connection with this Contest/Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize to be awarded to you (including without limitation in connection with the Images as a result of any distortion, blurring, or alteration, optical or electronic illusion, or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking, processing or reproduction of the finished product; and personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy) and all liability, losses, damages and expenses which you may suffer or incur in connection with any Claim or in any other manner related to the Contest/Sweepstakes, other than to provide you with the prize you may win. You agree that Ipsos is acting as agent and trustee, and may enforce this release, for, in favour of, and on behalf of, the other Releasees in accepting this release; and you agree not to make any Claim against any of the Releasees, or any claim against any third party which may result in a claim against any of the Releasees, in respect of any matter in any way relating to or arising in connection with this draw or the prize to be awarded to me.
Ipsos, Sponsor, their subsidiaries and affiliated companies and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Ipsos and/or Sponsor that may cause this Contest/Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in this Contest/Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with this Contest/Sweepstakes. Ipsos and Sponsor reserve the right, in their discretion, to suspend or cancel this Contest/Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of this Contest/Sweepstakes. Ipsos and Sponsor also reserve the right to disqualify, in their sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Web site, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt to damage the Ipsos survey site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest/Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Ipsos and Sponsor reserve the right to prosecute violators to the fullest extent allowable by law.
Any issues concerning the validity, interpretation or enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Ipsos, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules which might find otherwise.
