After you have received the questions, send your answers to [email protected] prior to December 18, 2022 to receive an entry into the Soccer Trivia Draw.
RANDOM DRAW: One entry from Canada and one entry from the United States will be selected in a random draw from among all eligible entries received per trivia question. The draw will take place on January 6, 2023 at 14:00 EST (Eastern Standard Time) at the offices of Ipsos, Incentives Department, 222 W Adams Street, Suite 1100, Chicago, IL 60606, USA.
In Canada, in order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer an un-aided time limited mathematical skill-testing question, to be administered by e-mail, and have his/her entry verified by Ipsos. Ipsos reserves the right to require proof of age and jurisdiction of residence prior to awarding any prize.
If a minor is selected, the parent or legal guardian of the selected entrant must sign an affidavit in order for their child to be declared the winner. The prize will be issued in the parent or legal guardian’s name.
PRIZE: One prize will be awarded to each winner in the form of a $100 USD or CAD Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No substitutions of prizes are permitted except by Ipsos. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Selected entrants will be notified via e-mail/phone within 48 hours of the draw date. Selected entrants will be required to acknowledge (by phone or in writing) receipt of notification and arrange for a mutually convenient day and time to administer the time limited mathematical skill-testing question if located in Canada. If no response is obtained within ten business days of notification, the prize(s) will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner(s) in a random draw selected by computer from the remaining eligible entries. Prize(s) will be delivered by mail within sixty days of confirmation, verification of eligibility and receipt of a signed waiver, and, in Canada, of correctly answering the mathematical skill-testing question.
GENERAL: Ipsos is not responsible for any costs associated with claiming any prize. The winner(s) is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes, if any, that may result in claiming a prize in this Contest.
Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. Ipsos shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize.
