CONTEST PERIOD: This Draw Contest starts on November 20, 2022 at 00:01 EST and closes on December 18, 2022 at 23:59 EST.

ELIGIBILITY: Each active member of the Ipsos iSay panel who submits at least one Soccer Trivia Answer will be entitled to receive one entry into the draw. Duplicate entries will not be eligible. Automated entries, bulk entries or third-party entries will be disqualified.

Active Ipsos iSay panelists must click on the “Rewards” page, click on the Soccer Trivia reward card, click on the “Order now” button, answer any one or all five questions and click the “Submit answer” button in order to receive one entry into the Soccer Trivia draw.

To enter the draw without visiting the Ipsos iSay website, email [email protected] with the subject line “Soccer Draw 2022” and request the five Soccer Trivia questions. After you have received the questions, send your answers to [email protected] prior to December 18, 2022 to receive an entry into the Soccer Trivia Draw.

RANDOM DRAW: One entry from Canada and one entry from the United States will be selected in a random draw from among all eligible entries received per trivia question. The draw will take place on January 6, 2023 at 14:00 EST (Eastern Standard Time) at the offices of Ipsos, Incentives Department, 222 W Adams Street, Suite 1100, Chicago, IL 60606, USA.

In Canada, in order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer an un-aided time limited mathematical skill-testing question, to be administered by e-mail, and have his/her entry verified by Ipsos. Ipsos reserves the right to require proof of age and jurisdiction of residence prior to awarding any prize.

If a minor is selected, the parent or legal guardian of the selected entrant must sign an affidavit in order for their child to be declared the winner. The prize will be issued in the parent or legal guardian’s name.

PRIZE: One prize will be awarded to each winner in the form of a $100 USD or CAD Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No substitutions of prizes are permitted except by Ipsos. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Selected entrants will be notified via e-mail/phone within 48 hours of the draw date. Selected entrants will be required to acknowledge (by phone or in writing) receipt of notification and arrange for a mutually convenient day and time to administer the time limited mathematical skill-testing question if located in Canada. If no response is obtained within ten business days of notification, the prize(s) will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner(s) in a random draw selected by computer from the remaining eligible entries. Prize(s) will be delivered by mail within sixty days of confirmation, verification of eligibility and receipt of a signed waiver, and, in Canada, of correctly answering the mathematical skill-testing question.

GENERAL: Ipsos is not responsible for any costs associated with claiming any prize. The winner(s) is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes, if any, that may result in claiming a prize in this Contest.

Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. Ipsos shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize. Ipsos reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. Ipsos will ship the model described or the most current comparable model available. Items shown are the latest models available at the time of placing your order.

Ipsos is not responsible for technical or computer errors, or for late, lost, illegible, damaged, postage due, misdirected, misidentified or incomplete surveys. Surveys in any way tampered with, forged, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, photocopied or mechanically reproduced, or submitted by or through fraudulent means, may be disqualified, in the sole discretion of Ipsos. This includes any survey that does not comply with these Contest Rules in any respect.
