ELIGIBILITY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The Ipsos Sample Instant Win Game ("Promotion") is open to all legal United States residents who are 14 or older on date of entry and are active members of the Ipsos iSay Panel, with the exception of employees of Ipsos Interactive Services, U.S., LLC, (collectively, "Ipsos" and "Sponsors" and "Administrator"), and their divisions, subsidiaries and affiliates, their respective agencies, and members of their respective immediate families and/or persons with whom any of the foregoing are domiciled. Only registered members of Ipsos are eligible to win prizes.
By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects.
HOW TO PLAY
The Promotion begins no earlier than 00:01 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), on the first day of the current month, and ends at 23:59 EDT, on the last day of the current month. To enter, log in to your account on the Ipsos iSay website. The game will be accessible on the home page. Proceed and play the game ("Instant Win Game").
Upon completion of the Instant Win Game participants will be notified immediately on their computer screen whether they have won an instant prize or not. In the event of winning, a notification will appear confirming that the participant is a recipient of a daily prize, along with details of the prize awarded. The prize, which consists of Ipsos iSay points, will be automatically credited to the participant's account balance.
RESTRICTIONS
Limit one (1) entry per person per day, per panel account. The same person cannot play from more than one panel account. All information included in the entry process shall become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged except as provided herein. Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion, are not responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections, nor are they responsible for any inaccuracies in information which may be used in the Promotion, or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of attempts, including data entered by entrants. Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion, reserve the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time, in which event, only Entries received prior that date will be considered. Entries and registration information are written to a digitally encoded audit log, which must be validated in order to verify any claim.
PRIZE(S)/ODDS:
The prize consists in Ipsos iSay Points that will be automatically awarded to the participants' balance, as detailed in the table below:

24,750 random winning times will be computer-generated, one for each Instant Win Prize. 525,000 total Ipsos iSay Points will be awarded to all winners. The odds of winning one of the Instant Win Prizes depend on the date and time of Entry. Limit one prize per person. No prize transfers, substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Decisions of judges are final. Taxes, fees or other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner(s).
DISQUALIFICATION / TERMINATION
Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, including those resulting from the efforts of hackers. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate a contestant's eligibility to participate. In the event any portion of this Promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, hackers, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Promotion. Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion are not responsible for any Entry, which is generated by computer hardware or software or automated device, malfunction, error or failure, or is tampered with or subject to any non-authorized human intervention.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The decisions of the Promotion Providers are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment. By entering this contest, you acknowledge acceptance of all Promotion rules and agree to be bound by them. Promotion Providers reserve the right to withdraw, amend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
The terms and conditions of these Official Rules, as well as the conduct of this Promotion, shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Illinois. As a condition of entering this Promotion, entrant agrees that: (1) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for any losses or damages, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (2) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration, the site of said arbitration being the state of New York; and (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees.
LIABILITY RELEASE
By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, its employees and directors, affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion from any and all liability, loss or damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with: (i) the awarding, receipt, use or misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activity or this Promotion; (ii) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Sponsor's control); (iii) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (iv) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Sponsor) due to any reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor; and (v) any tax implications. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
