HOW TO ENTER: The campaign is open to active Ipsos iSay panel members who comply with the following conditions:
1. Upon receiving an email to participate in the Giveaway, click the provided link to access the Facebook Giveaway post.
2. Respond to the giveaway question within the comments section. It is mandatory to include #IpsosiSayUS along with your answers.
3. Like the giveaway post and follow our official Facebook page under the username @Ipsos iSay.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Completing the above conditions during the Contest/Sweepstakes period is not necessary to enter and will not increase your chances of winning. RANDOM DRAW: One entry will be selected in a random draw from among all eligible comments using https://commentpicker.com/. Draw will be conducted on the June 3rd, 2026. In order to be declared a winner, his/her entry must be verified by Ipsos and Sponsor. Ipsos and Sponsor reserve the right to require proof of age and jurisdiction of residence prior to awarding any prize. If a minor is selected, the parent or legal guardian of the selected entrant must sign an affidavit in order for their child to be declared the winner. The prize will be issued in the parent's or legal guardian’s name.
PRIZE: One prize will be awarded to the winner in the form of 1000 Ipsos iSay points assigned in a random draw. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No substitutions of prizes are permitted except by Ipsos and Sponsor. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Prize will be transferred to the winner’s Ipsos iSay account within 5-10 working days after receiving the reply to the notification.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Selected winner will be notified within 48 hours of the draw by a reply and a tag of the winner on their comment made on the Facebook post. Selected winner will be required to send Ipsos a private Facebook message within 5 working days of the date Ipsos replies and tags the winner in the comment section, and Ipsos will reply with the steps necessary to be performed for the prize to be redeemed.
Winner must reply to the private Facebook message and send the email within 5 working days from the date Ipsos sent them the private Facebook message, to claim the prize.
All prizes need to be confirmed by email. To claim the prize, the winner will need to send an email to mailto:[email protected] from their registered Ipsos iSay e-mail address, with the subject line “Social Media Giveaway” and mentioning their name. If no response is received by Ipsos within 10 business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner in a random draw selected by computer from the remaining eligible entries.
GENERAL: Neither Ipsos nor Sponsor are responsible for any costs associated with claiming any prize. Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes, if any, that may result in claiming a prize in this Contest/Sweepstakes.
Entries in any way tampered with, forged, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, photocopied or mechanically reproduced, or submitted by or through fraudulent means, may be disqualified, in the sole discretion of Ipsos and Sponsor. This includes any entry that does not comply with these Contest/Sweepstakes Rules in any respect.
Decisions of Ipsos and Sponsor are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment in respect to this Contest/Sweepstakes. The winners agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules.
Ipsos, Sponsor, their subsidiaries and affiliated companies and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Ipsos and/or Sponsor that may cause this Contest/Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in this Contest/Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with this Contest/Sweepstakes. Ipsos and Sponsor reserve the right, in their discretion, to suspend or cancel this Contest/Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of this Contest/Sweepstakes.
