Participation in this campaign is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1) Who is running the campaign?
This campaign is being organized by Ipsos Interactive Services SRL, whose registered office is situated at 159 Calea Plevnei, Business Garden, Building A, 2nd floor, district 6, Bucharest, Romania ("IIS").
By entering the campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2) Who is eligible to enter this campaign?
The campaign is open to all Ipsos iSay panel members, aged 18 or over residing in the United Kingdom.
The campaign is not open to employees of IIS, its subsidiaries, parent, affiliates, and suppliers, or their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children).
3) What is the campaign period?
The campaign starts on the 1st of October 2026, at 00:01 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and closes on the 1st of November 2026 at 23:59 p.m. GMT.
4) How do I enter?
No purchase is necessary. The campaign is open to all Ipsos iSay members active on the start date of the campaign. To enter, login to your account on the Ipsos iSay website and the game will be available on the home page. Proceed and play the game ("Instant Win Game").
5) What is the campaign win?

There will be no cash alternative to prizes. No transfer or assignment of prizes will be permitted except by IIS.
IIS reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/ or use.
If due to a printing, production or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated prize claims received by IIS. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.
6) How will the winner be selected?
Instant Win Game
The Instant Win Game consists of spinning the wheel available on our website. Participants are limited to one (1) spin per day.
From 00:01 GMT on 1 October 2026 until 23:59 GMT on 30 October 2026, each eligible spin will automatically generate one (1) entry into the October Prize Draw, regardless of the outcome of the Instant Win Game. A participant may therefore receive up to thirty (30) Prize Draw entries during the Prize Draw Period.
The Instant Win prizes are awarded through randomly predetermined winning moments distributed throughout the Campaign Period. Each Instant Win prize will be awarded to the first eligible participant who spins the wheel at or immediately after a winning moment.
The odds of winning an Instant Win prize depend on the date and time of participation. Each participant may participate only once per day using a single Ipsos iSay account and may win no more than one (1) Instant Win prize per day. Use of multiple accounts to participate in the Instant Win Game is prohibited.
October Prize Draw
From 00:01 GMT on 1 October 2026 until 23:59 GMT on 1 November 2026, participants who complete an eligible spin in the Instant Win Game will automatically receive one (1) entry per day into the October Prize Draw, regardless of the result of the Instant Win Game.
A participant may therefore receive up to thirty-one (31) Prize Draw entries during the Prize Draw Period. Entries cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for points or any other reward.
The odds of winning the Prize Draw depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period.
A random draw will be conducted within ten (10) business days following the closing date of the Prize Draw Period from all eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period.
Five (5) winners will be selected and will each receive the equivalent of £100 worth of Ipsos iSay points.
The winners will be notified by email within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw. Notification will be sent to the email address registered in the participant's Ipsos iSay account.
To claim the prize, a selected winner must reply to the notification email within ten (10) working days of the date of the notification. If no response is received within this period, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Up to three (3) alternate draws may be conducted, after which any unclaimed prize will remain unawarded.
The prize will be credited to the winner's Ipsos iSay account within five (5) to ten (10) working days after receipt of the winner's confirmation.
7) How will the winner be notified?
Upon completion of the Instant Win Game, participants will be notified immediately on their computer screen whether they have won an instant prize. In the event of winning, a notification will appear confirming that the participant is a recipient of an Instant Win Prize, along with details of the prize awarded. The prize, which consists of Ipsos iSay points, will be automatically credited to the participant's account balance.
Winners of the October Prize Draw will be notified by email within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw. Notification will be sent to the email address registered in the participant's Ipsos iSay account. The Prize Draw prize claim process is described in Section 6 above.
8) Who is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details used to contact winners?
Each participant is responsible for ensuring that the contact details they provide are correct. IIS is not responsible for any inaccuracy in the contact details supplied by the participant that may result in the inability of IIS to contact that participant or to deliver the prize to a winner.
9) Use of your personal information for this campaign:
IIS will use your email address, telephone number, name, or any other contact details you provide in your Ipsos iSay membership account, for the sole purpose of contacting you if the points are awarded to you. Personal data used for the purpose of the campaign will not be given to any third party unless such transfer is necessary for IIS to fulfil its obligations under these terms and conditions (e.g., post the winners) or to comply with legal requirements.
The points that will be appointed and name of the winners will also be published on the Ipsos iSay website, in the Articles section, and in one post on the Ipsos iSay social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram). By participating in this campaign and/or accepting the awarded points, and based on express consent, the winner may authorize IIS to use his/her last name, first name as part of any promotional event associated with the campaign, in return for no consideration other than the prize attributed. Names will also be used in notifications of winners sent to participants who request details of the winners.

10) Liability
IIS is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, miss-delivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, messages, or posts; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; online failures; hardware software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting, or corrupting the campaign in any manner.
11) What laws apply to this free campaign?
These rules will be governed by Romanian law and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
