The card expires 3 years after the purchase date and is exclusively for online payment of new hotel bookings at uk.Hotels.com. Only one gift card can be used per booking, but up to £1350 in value can be combined into one card via the balance transfer tab at uk.hotels.com/lp/b/giftcards. It cannot be used at hotel locations or with the 'Pay at Hotel' option, nor towards existing bookings or packages like hotel + flight or through the 'Groups and Meetings' tab. The card is not reloadable, exchangeable, or refundable for cash, and lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
