1) Who organises this campaign?
This campaign is organised by Ipsos Interactive Services SRL, a company with its registered office at Calea Plevnei 159, Building A, 2nd floor, Bucharest, District 6, postal code 060014, Romania (“IIS”).
By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2) Who can take part in this campaign?
All Ipsos iSay members aged 16 and over who are residents of Spain can take part in the campaign. For panel members under the age of 18, parental consent and/or adult accompaniment may be required to claim rewards and/or comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The campaign is not open to employees of IIS, its subsidiaries, parent company, affiliated companies, and suppliers, or their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children).
3) What is the duration of the campaign?
The campaign begins on 25 August 2026 at 00:01 GMT and ends on 6 September 2026 at 23:59 GMT.
4) How do I participate in the campaign?
No purchase necessary. The campaign is open to all active Ipsos iSay members in participating countries who complete 100% of their Ipsos iSay profile during the campaign period mentioned above, as detailed below:
•Participation period: from 25 August 2026 to 6 September 2026, all eligible members who complete 100% of their Ipsos iSay profile will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw.
Automated, bulk, or third-party entries will be disqualified.
5) What is the campaign prize?
One (1) prize will be awarded during the campaign, corresponding to one (1) prize by random draw.
Prize: 50 GBP virtual Visa® prepaid card
The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.
The prize cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent.
Prizes may not be transferred or assigned, except at the discretion of IIS.
IIS reserves the right to substitute prizes with others of equal or greater value.
Winners are responsible for paying all taxes and expenses associated with receiving and/or using the prizes.
6) How are the winners selected?
Winners will be notified within two working days of the draw date. The notification will be sent to the email address provided by the participant in their Ipsos iSay member profile.
All prizes must be confirmed by email. Winners must respond to the notification within 10 working days of the email notification date to claim their prize. If no response is received within 10 working days of the email notification date, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another winner selected by a draw from the remaining valid entries. There will be three (3) additional draws, after which the prizes will no longer be awarded. Unclaimed prizes will not be reallocated.
The prize will be sent by email to the winners within 5 to 10 working days of receiving the response to the notification.
7) How will the winners be notified?
Winners will receive a notification regarding this within two working days of the draw date. The notification will be sent to the email address provided by the participant when registering as an Ipsos iSay member.
All prizes must be confirmed via email. To claim the prize, selected winners must respond to the notification within 10 working days of the notification date. If no response is received within 10 working days of the notification email date, the participant will forfeit their right to the prize, and it may be awarded to an alternative winner selected by random draw from the remaining valid entries. There will be 3 alternative draws, after which the prize or prizes will not be awarded. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
The prize will be sent to the winners by email within 5–10 working days of receiving a response to the notification.
8) Who is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details used to contact the winners?
Each participant is responsible for ensuring that the contact details they provide are correct. IIS accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies in the contact details supplied by the participant that may prevent IIS from contacting them or delivering the prize to the winner.
9) Use of your personal data for this campaign:
IIS will use your email address, phone number, name, or any other information provided in your Ipsos iSay member account solely to contact you if you are awarded points. The personal data used for this campaign will never be shared with third parties, except where necessary for IIS to fulfil these Terms and Conditions (such as announcing the winners) or to comply with relevant legal requirements.
The points awarded, along with the winners' names and cities of residence, will also be published in the Articles section of the Ipsos iSay website. By participating in this campaign and/or accepting the points, and subject to explicit consent, the winner authorises IIS to use their full name and city for any promotional activities related to the campaign, with no further compensation beyond the prize itself. The winner's name and geographical location will also be included in winner notifications sent to participants who request this information.

IIS accepts no responsibility for any delayed, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, messages, or postal deliveries; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, incorrect, or delayed computer transmissions; connection failures; hardware, software, or any other technical malfunctions or alterations; or any other communication failure or circumstance that affects, disrupts, or corrupts this campaign in any way.
11) Which laws apply to this free campaign?
These rules are governed by the laws of Romania and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
