How do I redeem my points?

Once you've earned enough points to exchange for a reward, you can redeem them at any time by signing in to Ipsos iSay and clicking on the Rewards tab at the top of the page. Here you’ll be able to browse the Rewards Catalogue to see the available rewards and the amount of points needed. Select the reward you would like to redeem and follow the steps to place your order. All rewards will be sent to the email address associated with your Ipsos iSay account.

What can I redeem my points for?

You can redeem your points for a variety of great rewards, including digital gift cards and charitable donations, such as the Ipsos Foundation, which promotes access to education for disadvantaged children and youth. Browse our Rewards Catalogue by clicking on the Rewards tab at the top of the page.

How do I access my reward after redeeming it?

Once you've redeemed your points for a reward and received the email notification, follow these steps to access your reward:

  1. Click on the "Access My Reward" button in the email you received.
  2. You will be directed to a new page. Click on the "Activate my Reward" button.
  3. Your reward is now ready! For further details, click on the "Instructions to activate your reward" link and select "Go to eGift Card" to view your reward.

Make sure to follow these steps promptly and ensure you activate your reward within the 90-day validity period mentioned in your redemption email. If you encounter any issues, refer to the complete instructions provided in the email.

How long will it take for my reward to be delivered?

Digital gift cards, prepaid cards, and PayPal funds are delivered instantly to the email address associated with your Ipsos iSay account.

Can I change my order or exchange it for a different option after I've placed my order? Can I return an item?

Points redeemed for instant delivery cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or cancelled. All digital gift cards are redeemed “as is”. Digital gift cards are treated the same as cash. Once a code is sent, it’s considered used. You assume responsibility for your digital gift card and points. No refunds will be issued.

Where can I use digital gift cards?

Many digital gift cards can be used in stores, online, or in mobile apps. Availability varies by reward. Read each individual reward's description in the catalogue for specific instructions.

How long are digital gift cards, prepaid cards and Paypal funds valid?

The activation link for digital gift cards, prepaid cards, and PayPal funds is valid for 90 days from the time you receive the email. The validity period of each type of digital gift card is established by the issuer/merchant and can vary from a few months to a few years. Exact details can be obtained from the issuer/merchant or may be mentioned to you in the redemption email containing the reward.

How and when will I receive my reward, and is there an expiration date?

Once you redeem a reward, we will immediately send an email to your registered Ipsos iSay email address. This email contains a special activation link that you must use to access your reward. Please be aware that this activation link is valid for 90 days from the time you receive the email. It is important to activate your reward within this timeframe to ensure you don't miss out. We encourage you to activate your reward as soon as you receive the email to avoid any issues.

Do my points ever expire?

Your points don't expire as long as you remain an active member of Ipsos iSay.

If you terminate your membership, if your membership becomes inactive, or if you're deactivated, your points account will be closed and any unused points will be forfeited.

How long do I have to wait to redeem rewards after I join?

Newly registered Ipsos iSay members will need to wait 96 hours from their registration date before redeeming rewards. If you try to order any reward during this waiting period, you’ll receive an error message at checkout. Please note that, during this period, we will evaluate your survey answers and behaviours. According to Ipsos iSay Terms and Conditions we are entitled to terminate a membership to Ipsos iSay for any bad behaviour, fraudulent use or behaviour, or failure to abide by the terms and conditions, policies, or survey rules. In the event of termination, all points and any rewards held in “Pending” status will be forfeit.

How long do I have to wait to redeem rewards after I change my email address?

Ipsos iSay members who request an email change will need to wait 48 hours from the date of change before redeeming rewards. If you try to order any reward during this waiting period, you’ll receive an error message at checkout. Please note that, during this period, we will evaluate your survey answers and behaviours. According to Ipsos iSay Terms and Conditions we are entitled to terminate a membership to Ipsos iSay for any bad behaviour, fraudulent use or behaviour, or failure to abide by the terms and conditions, policies, or survey rules. In the event of termination, all points and any rewards held in “Pending” status will be forfeit.

I placed an order, but I haven’t received it yet as it is still being processed. What can I do?

If your order is still being processed, rest assured that we are actively working on your request and it will be resolved as soon as possible. We recommend keeping an eye on your inbox, as your reward will be emailed to you once the processing is complete. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our Support Team.

I redeemed my points for a reward but haven’t received anything on my email. What can I do?

All the rewards will be sent to the email address associated with your Ipsos iSay account. If the reward is not in your inbox, please also check your Spam folder. If the reward is not in your Spam folder either - Contact support.

To make sure you always receive all our emails, add us to your Contacts list.

Why do I need to use the same email address for both Ipsos iSay and PayPal before redeeming this reward?

We automatically send your reward to the email address you have registered with Ipsos iSay. This is a security measure to ensure that the rightful account holder receives the reward. Unfortunately, once the reward has been redeemed, we can't make any changes.

If your PayPal email is different from your Ipsos iSay email, please consider adding your Ipsos iSay email address to your PayPal account. PayPal lets users have multiple email addresses linked to a single account. You can easily add it in your PayPal account settings – just check out PayPal's FAQs for step-by-step instructions.
