Campaign Rules

Participation in this campaign is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1) Who is running the campaign?

This campaign is being organized by Ipsos Interactive Services SRL, whose registered office is situated at 159 Calea Plevnei, Building A, 2nd floor, Bucharest, district 6, postal code 060014, România („ IIS”).

By entering the campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2) Who is eligible to enter this campaign?

The campaign is open to all Ipsos iSay panel members, aged 16 or over residing in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Spain, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Parental consent and/or adult accompaniment may be required to claim any prizes and/ or fulfill these terms and conditions for panel members under the age of 18.

The campaign is not open to employees of IIS, its subsidiaries, parent, affiliates, and suppliers, or their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children).

3) What is the campaign period?

The campaign starts on 4 December 2025, at 00:01 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and closes on 11 January 2026 at 11:59 p.m. GMT.

4) How do I enter?

No purchase is necessary. The campaign is open to all Ipsos iSay members from participating countries who redeem any value of their accumulated points for Ipsos Foundation donations during the campaign period mentioned above.

All Ipsos iSay panel members from the participating countries will receive one entry into the draw for each Ipsos Foundation donation redemption made during the campaign period mentioned above.

Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries made by third parties will be disqualified.

5) What is the campaign prize?

One prize will be awarded to one winner from each country, in the form of Ipsos iSay points worth 100 GBP for the United Kingdom and 100 EUR for France, Germany, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Spain, Switzerland, and the Netherlands, ass igned in a random draw. In total there will be 12 prizes awarded for all the countries.

The chances of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible entries.

There will be no cash alternative to prizes.

No transfer or assignment of prizes will be permitted except as decided by IIS.

IIS reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

Ipsos Interactive Services SRL ("IIS") will match the donations made by the panelists during the campaign period, up to a maximum of 5000 euros, and donate the equivalent amount to the Ipsos Foundation.

6) How will the winner be selected?

Twelve winners will be selected, with one winner from each participating country, in a random draw conducted separately for each country from among all eligible entries received within that country. The drawing will be witnessed by an observer-independent of the research team conducting it, and a minute of the drawing process will be concluded.

This draw will be conducted within 10 working days of the closing date stated above.

7) How will the winner be notified?

Winners will be notified by email within two working daysof the date of the draw. The notification will be sent to the email address supplied by the participant within the Ipsos iSay member record.

All prizes need to be confirmed by e-mail. Selected winners must reply to the notification within 10 working days from the notification e-mail date to claim the prize. If no response is obtained within 10 working days from the notification email date, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random draw from the remaining eligible entries. There will be 3 alternate drawing(s) after which the prize(s) will remain un-awarded. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded.

Prizes will be transferred to the winners' Ipsos iSay account within 5-10 working days after we receive the reply to the notification.

8) Who is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details used to contact winners?

Each participant is responsible for ensuring that the contact details they provide are correct. IIS is not responsible for any inaccuracy in the contact details supplied by the participant that may result in the inability of IIS to contact that participant or to deliver the prize to a winner.

9) Use of your personal information for this campaign:

IIS will use your email address, telephone number, name, or any other contact details you provide in your Ipsos iSay membership account, for the sole purpose of contacting you if the points are awarded to you. Personal data used for the purpose of the campaign will not be given to any third party unless such transfer is necessary for IIS to fulfil its obligations under these terms and conditions (e.g., post the winners) or to comply with legal requirements.

The points that will be appointed, name, and town of the winners will also be published on the Ipsos iSay website, in the Articles section, and in one post on the Ipsos iSay social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram). Further participating to this campaign and/or accepting the awarded points, and based on express consent, the winner may authorize IIS to use his/her last name, first name, and town as part of any promotional event associated with the campaign, in return for no consideration other than the prize attributed names and geographical locations will also be used in notifications of winners sent to participants who request details of the winners.

10) Liability

IIS is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, miss-delivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, messages, or posts; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; online failures; hardware software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting, or corrupting the campaign in any manner.

11) What laws apply to this free campaign?

These rules will be governed by Romanian law and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
