• The gift card can only be used in IKEA stores and on the IKEA website within Egypt.
• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, and it cannot be returned or redeemed for its value. It also cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. This also applies to expired cards.
• In case of loss, neither IKEA nor MYLIST can block or cancel the card, and they will not be responsible for any transactions made using lost or stolen gift cards.
• To redeem the gift card, the customer must enter/provide the card number and PIN at checkout.
• The gift card can be used to purchase discounted items.
• If IKEA ceases operations for any reason or is no longer partnered with MYLIST or any of its affiliates, MYLIST reserves the right to replace the gift card with a MYLIST gift card or any other gift card of equivalent value. No cash or points refunds are allowed.

• The gift card can only be loaded once and cannot be reloaded.
• The gift card can be loaded with a minimum value of EGP 100 and a maximum value of EGP 50,000.
• As the gift card is transferable, IKEA and MYLIST are not responsible for verifying card ownership before accepting it as payment.
• Refunds for items purchased with a gift card will be issued in the form of another gift card or a refund card only. All refunds are subject to IKEA’s official return policy, which may change from time to time.
• IKEA reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions related to the use of the gift card from time to time at its sole discretion.
• IKEA’s decisions regarding all matters related to the use of the gift card are final and binding on customers.
• The gift card can be used for full or partial payment and for multiple transactions until the balance is fully used.
• In-store customers may pay part of the purchase with a gift card and the remainder in cash or by credit/debit card.
• Online customers may pay part of the purchase with a gift card and the remainder by credit or debit card. Cash on delivery is not available if part payment is made using a gift card.
